Cerenity Senior Care is Hiring a Marketing Director Near Saint Paul, MN
The Marketing Director is responsible for all functions of the marketing department, including census development, leadership of marketing staff or committee.
Responsibilities:Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, including budget development and management. Fosters and manages the BHS and community brand. Analyzes market and competition on a continual basis. Interprets and develops marketing strategy based on reports, legal documents, financial statements, etc.
Qualifications:Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related business field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related business field.
Qualifications Preferred
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.
- Sales and telemarketing experience.
- Experience with leading, coaching, and developing staff.
